Throughout my career—from my early work in web production to managing global systems for Fortune 500 leader Newell Brands—my focus has remained constant: identifying operational friction and engineering the digital systems to eliminate it. In the fast-paced world of e-commerce and product information, I specialized in architecting the 'behind-the-scenes' workflows that allow massive organizations to scale.
I eventually transitioned that 'Big Tech' precision into complex operational environments, spending three years embedded in the management of a successful sub contracting firm. I recognized that the same principles of digital efficiency used by global enterprises could—and should—be applied to the administrative backbone of the construction (and other) industries. By overseeing the full lifecycle of project administration—from field documentation and invoicing to complex logs—I bridge the gap between the field and the office.
